1. OBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of a MyBiz license, offered on the websitewww.my-biz.pro(hereinafter "the Site").
The MyBiz license allows the user (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Distributor") to access a digital space dedicated to the development of their independent business introducer activity, internal training and various professional tools.
MyBiz is a brand operated by Futures Infinity Marketing Services LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (XL Tower, Office 1804, Business Bay – Trade License No. 980931).
2. SALES INTERMEDIARY: COPECART
Transactions carried out on the sitewww.my-biz.proare technically and legally operated via the CopeCart GmbH platform, a German company registered in the Berlin commercial register under number HRB 226512 B, whose registered office is located at Skalitzer Straße 104, 10997 Berlin, Germany.
As a result, CopeCart acts as vendor and payment manager on behalf of Futures Infinity Marketing Services LLC.
The invoices issued to the Client come directly from CopeCart.
MyBiz remains solely responsible for the content, services offered and customer support associated with the license.
3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all license orders placed via the websitewww.my-biz.pro.
The validation of an order by the Customer constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without restriction or reservation.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
To subscribe to the MyBiz license, the Client must be at least 18 years old and create a personal account.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
MyBiz reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of fraudulent use or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
5. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The MyBiz license provides access to:
a dedicated personal space (distributor back office);
training and support resources;
internal tools for managing and monitoring activity;
and access to the associated compensation plan, in accordance with the business introducer and independent brand ambassador agreement.
Purchasing the license does not confer any employee status or legal representative status of the company.
The holder conducts their business independently, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
License prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made entirely via CopeCart, by bank card or any other means of payment available on their secure interface.
Payments are subject to CopeCart's terms and conditions, available on their website.
The license is issued for a period of 12 months from the date of payment validation.
It can be renewed voluntarily or automatically, depending on the options available on CopeCart.
7. ACCESS AND ACTIVATION
Access to the MyBiz platform is automatically activated upon confirmation of payment.
The Client receives an email containing their login details or instructions.
Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Any abusive, shared or fraudulent use may result in the immediate suspension of the account, without refund.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content provided immediately after purchase, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming the order, the Customer expressly acknowledges:
having been informed of this lack of right of withdrawal;
and consent to it by ticking the corresponding box during payment.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
MyBiz is committed to providing a service that conforms to the description on the website.
However, the company cannot be held responsible for any economic result, financial gain, or professional success.
A distributor's potential earnings depend exclusively on their involvement, management, and adherence to internal rules.
MyBiz cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption of service due to maintenance, updates or technical incidents beyond its control.
10. REGULATED ACTIVITY – WARNING
BizPartner 's activity (independent distributor or business introducer) falls within the framework of network marketing / direct sales.
This activity is regulated and subject to compliance with national and European legislation regarding solicitation, transparency and consumer protection.
MyBiz reminds us that:
all remuneration derives exclusively from the sale of actual products or services, and not from recruitment;
It is illegal to present a system based primarily on sponsorship without actual sales;
Each BizPartner must conduct their business within a suitable legal framework (micro-enterprise, company, umbrella company, etc.).
Any behavior contrary to these principles may result in the immediate suspension of the license, without notice.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONDUCT
The data, materials, statistics and visual elements accessible via MyBiz are confidential and reserved for professional use.
Any public broadcast or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The Distributor commits to adopting honest, transparent and respectful communication, in line with the brand image.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site and platform (texts, visuals, logos, videos, documents, interface) are the exclusive property of Futures Infinity Marketing Services LLC.
Any reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, without written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected via the site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available onwww.my-biz.pro.
They are used exclusively for account management, access and customer support.
14. TERMINATION
The Client may terminate their license at any time.
No refund requests will be accepted for a period that has already begun.
MyBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of:
failure to comply with the terms and conditions,
defamatory or harmful statements about the brand,
fraud or misuse of the system.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
16. REFERENCE LANGUAGE AND VERSION
In the event of a translation of these Terms and Conditions, the French version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy in interpretation.
